        THE BLUE DRAGONS Welcome to THE BLUE DRAGONS, a clan that is growing everyday in size and power. This clan is an active clan, going on pking trips, monster killing trips, and having drop parties. In order to join this clan you must have one of the following: 60+ Combat Level, 50+ Magic with 40+ Defense, 50+ Range with 40+ Defense, or you must have 50+ in a non-combat skill (Fishing, Cooking, Mining, Smithing , Herblore). We will have clan wars that the fishermen and chefs will provide food for. Your level will be posted on the members list, I will update you level after every clan meeting, and no sooner!        LEADERSHIP AND MEMBERSHIP The Clan Leader has supreme authority over all decisions made by the councils and by the departments. ONLY THE CLAN LEADER may recruit people to the council and ONLY THE CLAN LEADER may expel anyone from the clan. The Co-Leaders take over equal halves of the Clan Leaders duties while he is offline. THE CO-LEADERS CANNOT EXPELL PEOPLE FROM THE CLAN OF RECRUIT PEOPLE TO THE COUNCIL! However the Co-Leaders do have supreme authority over all decisions (Except for ones that are already approved) made by the councils however. The Co-Leaders can always recruit people to any department, provided they meet the level standards. The Clan Leader decides what army division to put all new recruits into and can reverse any decision a Co-Leader makes.
